Algebra II (High School Series)

In Algebra II students build on their prerequisite skills; and use analytical, numerical, graphical and verbal approaches to explore a variety of problem solving techniques and their related applications.  Topics include:  functions, inequalities, systems, graphs, sequences and series.  This course is a college preparatory learning experience.

  • Functions and graphing.
  • Exponential and logarithmic functions.
  • Non-linear equations and inequalities.
  • Conic sections.
  • Matrices and determinants.
  • Sequences and series.
